My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not as clean as I hoped, and the TV channel options were limited. On the bright side, the street view was nice, and the bed was comfortable, but the room was quite dark. The service really made a positive impact as the staff was exceptional and very helpful. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach the places we wanted to visit. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with cold breakfast items. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I can't get enough of this hotel! It's in such a prime location, close to the best spots in São Paulo. The rooms are cozy and neat, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, it can get a bit crowded during rush hours. The suite I stayed in was well-maintained and comfy.
